Henrico Doctors Hospital Offers Free Smoking Cessation Program
(Richmond, VA January 8, 2009) Henrico Doctors Hospital is offering a free six-week educational series on smoking cessation called FRESHSTART. Research has demonstrated that participating in group education and support can be more effective than stopping on your own. FRESHSTART sessions will take place from 5:30 7:00 pm on the following dates:

- Wednesday, February 4, 2009
- Wednesday, February 11, 2009
- Wednesday, February 18, 2009
- Wednesday, February 25, 2009
Participants should plan to attend all six sessions. The entire series will take place at Henrico Doctors Hospital Forest Campus, Patient Resource Library Room 346, 1602 Skipwith Road, Richmond, Virginia 23229.
